A cold can cause many symptoms, most common of them being sinus congestion, cough, headache or body aches.

Simple Tips for Getting Over Your Cold:

-Allot extra time for rest/sleep.  This will help your body get stronger, and more effectively fight your cold.

-Wash your hands & practice good hygiene measures.

-Use a humidifier.

-Stay warm. Hot baths / showers will help drain your sinuses.

-Drink lots of fluids.  Try to avoid diuretics (caffeine, sugar, dairy, alcohol).
